Customer Service at Scania goes way beyond the sale of a vehicle.
As part of their ongoing driver support, Scania wanted to equip users of their vehicles with a comprehensive range of video guides, helping them get to grips with their vehicle’s operation and features. We designed and developed a series of unique mobile apps, working across iOS and Android, phone and tablet. We also shot and edited all the video content, inserted motion graphics, and developed additional app pages dealing with customer support and weblinks to detailed systems information.
As part of their ongoing commitment to equip Scania drivers with the best information possible, we were also commissioned to produce a series of videos detailing the range of Driver Services available: from licence acquisition and instructional videos through to Fleet Management and tachograph guidance.
Finally, we devised a concept for an innovative interactive presentation for the sales and marketing teams – giving them instant offline access to a wealth of video, motion graphics and interactive tap-points to showcase a high-profile new product launch.
